The LM3485MM+ is one member of the LM3485 series which is a high efficiency PFET switching regulator controller that a system designer can use to quickly and easily develop a small, low cost,switching buck regulator for a wide range of applications. And the PFET architecture also allows for low component count as well as ultra-low dropout operation. The applications of the LM3485MM+ include n Set-Top Box, DSL/Cable Modem, PC/IA, Auto PC, TFT Monitor, Battery Powered Portable Applications, Distributed Power Systems and Always On Power.
